I am Mavis Brown, the founder of Mavis Brown Consulting, a veteran-owned firm dedicated to elevating people, strengthening organizations, and shaping leaders through intentional development. With a career grounded in service, strategy, and human-centered leadership, I bring a unique blend of experience that bridges military discipline, organizational expertise, and deep compassion for people.

My professional journey spans roles as a Public Affairs Officer, Senior Program Manager, Diversity & Inclusion Strategist, Human Resource Manager, Master Trainer, and Organizational Consultant. I have supported both military and civilian organizations, leading initiatives that strengthened communication, enhanced workforce culture, and developed leaders at every level. Through this work, I learned firsthand that the success of any mission, military or corporate depends on the well-being, preparedness, and capability of the people behind it.

As a veteran and seasoned practitioner, I bring a mission-driven, results-oriented approach to every engagement. My work focuses on creating meaningful change through leadership development, employee and workforce growth, equitable workplace practices, human performance strategies, and youth empowerment programs.
